Job Summary

The Organized Play Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the Organized Play (OP) Program across North and South America, including 3,000+ stores. This role works closely with Distribution Units (DUs), third-party partners, and stores to support community engagement, player retention, and organized play growth.

 

What will your role involve

  • Ensure the execution of the OP Program across North and South America, collaborating with DUs, third-party partners, and stores.
  • Work closely with Asmodee DU to ensure that 3,000+ stores across North and South America are equipped and informed to implement the OP Program effectively.
  • Serve as a point of contact for DUs across the USA, Canada, Brazil, Chile, and Peru.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement in the OP Program based on personal observations and feedback from partners.
  • Collaborate with the OP team to drive continuous improvements in the OP Program.
  • Coordinate with the FFG and OP teams to ensure the availability of the right products to support organized play activities across the American continent where and when needed.
  • This position requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally, with sometimes up to 30% of time spent traveling in a month.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Position Skills & Qualifications

  • Passion for gaming, particularly competitive tabletop games.
  • Experience in organized play (OP) programs for a major TCG.
  • Detail-oriented and solution-driven.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends.

 

Experience/Education 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience with organized play (OP) programs.
  • Strong Familiarity with Star Wars Unlimited (SWU) and community gaming events.
  • Junior-level logistics experience is preferred.
