Asmodee Nordics is looking for a proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of our retail accounts in the Finnish market.

Position: Account Manager – Finnish Market
Location: On-site, Valseholmen 1, 2650 Hvidovre (Greater Copenhagen)
Contract Type: Full-time

What will your role involve

As our new Account Manager, you will join our dedicated Finnish market team. You will have full commercial responsibility for your own customer portfolio within the Finnish retail sector. This means managing the entire sales cycle—from nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners to proactively identifying and onboarding new accounts.

You will become part of a high-energy, collaborative sales and marketing organization where initiative is highly valued, and commercial successes are celebrated together.

Key Responsibilities

    • Commercial Ownership: Actively manage, develop, and grow your own portfolio of retail stores and partners in Finland.
    • Value-Based Selling: Act as a trusted business partner for our retailers, helping them optimize their product mix, plan shelf space, and maximize their turnover.
    • Campaign Execution: Plan, pitch, and execute impactful sales campaigns and seasonal promotions, ensuring structured follow-up.
    • Market Development: Proactively identify, analyze, and open new business opportunities and sales channels in the Finnish market.
    • Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate closely with the team on sales planning, demand forecasting, and monitoring market trends.

Your profile

    • The Sales Driver: You have proven experience in B2B sales or retail account management, combined with a natural drive to meet and exceed commercial targets.
    • Language Skills: You are fluent in English (our corporate language). Professional proficiency in Finnish is a significant advantage and will be a key asset in succeeding in this market, but it is not an absolute requirement if you possess a strong sales drive.
    • Independent & Structured: You thrive with "freedom under responsibility" and have the discipline to plan your own days, structure your pipeline, and follow up systematically.
    • Relationship Builder: You establish trust quickly, communicate effortlessly at all levels, and understand the commercial dynamics of a retail business.
    • Passion & Energy: You do not need to be a board game grandmaster, but a genuine interest in our products and a positive, high-energy "can-do" attitude are essential.
