Job Summary
As an Account Handler specialising in buying group accounts, you will support the management and growth of key accounts (e.g., AIS, Toymaster) with a specific focus on selling board games (especially company-published titles) and trading card games (e.g., Pokémon, Topps). Working closely with a Team Leader, you will help drive sales, execute product-specific strategies, and support external partners in promoting trading card games within the buying groups.
This role requires strong organisational skills, passion for board games and TCGs, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
What does this role Involve
Key Accountabilities
• Achievement of sales targets for board games and TCG product lines relating to accounts
• Accuracy and timeliness of order fulfilment, especially for time-sensitive products like TCG launches
• Client satisfaction levels within buying group accounts
• Contribution to the successful planning and execution of promotional campaigns
• Insights and data provided to drive informed decision-making and strategic improvements

What are we looking for
Essential Skills
• Customer focused
• Always exhibits the correct behaviours as well as delivering the required results
• Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the toy, game, or hobby industry
• Strong knowledge and passion for board games and trading card games (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Topps products)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable Skills
• Previous experience in a sales role
• Interest in gaming
