Job Summary


You will be involved in selling our fantastic products to hobby and independent retailers operating in the gaming industry, sales order values will be circa £4m per annum but individual sales targets will also be set. You are required to deliver a first-class customer experience and grow the customer base by engaging with potential new customers. 

 

Please note, we work on a hybrid basis so you must be able to travel to our offices in Bordon, Hampshire a minimum of 3 times per week. 

What does this role Involve

•    Take time to build great relationships with each customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs
•    Provide great customer service to a set group of customers
•    Pro-actively contact customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales
•    Contact customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries
•    Capture & update customer information accurately
•    Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals
•    Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently

•    Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust 
•    Confident communicator both verbal and written 
•    Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities 
•    Work well under pressure 
•    Strong team player but happy to work independently 
•    Positive and enthusiastic with a passion to learn and deliver fantastic customer service 
•    Resilient and determined 

 

Desirable Skills:

•    Previous experience in a sales role
•    Interest in gaming
