Job Summary
We are seeking a vibrant, E-Commerce Executive to join our thriving sales Team.
This is a dynamic position with opportunity to grow and develop. You will be working with the Amazon Account Manager, Amazon Marketing Executive, the Group Amazon team and our National Account Managers, you'll be the driving force behind continual growth across our Amazon account and a range of other exciting eCommerce accounts.
What does this role Involve
• New product set-ups
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with the key individuals at relevant retailers, including Amazon
• Working with internal teams to deliver service and drive efficiency
• Using data, analytics and forecasting to drive profitability and manage stock holding
• Regular content audits on top brands, driving the fulfilment rate and protecting against counterfeits
What are we looking for
• An excellent communicator
• A demonstrable understanding of or interest in the mechanics, drivers and needs of the Amazon business and an ability to translate into operational requirements for our business
• Dynamic and driven to achieve
• Proven strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and data skills, including advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyse data
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proactive individual with the ability to use initiative and judgement
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience with Amazon Vendor Central would be desirable but is not essential for the role.
