Job Summary

Working closely with the Amazon Account Manager, Amazon Marketing Executive, the Group Amazon team and National Account Managers, you will be responsible for delivering continual improvements on the Amazon account as well as several other eCommerce accounts.

 

Some travel to Amazon head office and Amazon fulfilment centres will be required.

What does this role Involve

•    New product set-up with best-in-class content: Amazon and Ecommerce teams within top-tier national retailers. 
•    Building strong, collaborative relationships with the key individuals at relevant retailers, including Amazon.
•    Working with internal teams to deliver service and drive efficiency. 
•    Using data, analytics and forecasting to drive profitability and manage stock holding.
•    Regular content audits on top brands, drive the fulfilment rate, protect against counterfeits.

What are we looking for

Essential
•    An excellent communicator.
•    A demonstrable understanding of or interest in the mechanics, drivers and needs of the Amazon business and an ability to translate into operational requirements for our business.
•    Dynamic and driven to achieve.
•    Proven strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
•    Strong analytical and data skills, including advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyse data.
•    Excellent written communication skills.
•    Proactive individual with the ability to use initiative and judgement.
•    Ability to remain calm under pressure.

 

Desirable
•    Experience of managing counterfeit removals from the Amazon platform.
