Job Summary
Define and lead asmodee’s direct player experience across brand, storytelling, community, Organized Play, PR and experiential initiatives (physical & digital).
This role elevates asmodee from publisher to cultural player by shaping meaningful brand expression, iconic moments, and immersive experiences that resonate globally.
As part of a transversal structure, the role works closely with all Publishing Studios to ensure strategic alignment across the brand portfolio and foster collaboration between studio brand teams — acting as a human bridge across the ecosystem.
This role is open to candidates with the right to work in the UK, Canada, Spain or Italy. The role will require travel to the office based in that country on occasion.
What does this role Involve
1. Brand Architecture & Studio Enablement
- Define and evolve the global brand architecture.
- Develop Brand Playbooks, Narrative Kits and Studio Toolkits.
- Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints and regions.
- Act as strategic partner to Studios and Distribution.
Impact: Build a scalable, coherent brand ecosystem that strengthens visibility and commercial performance.
2. Cultural Calendar & Strategic Moments
- Define the global cultural calendar and key tentpole moments.
- Orchestrate cross-IP initiatives and global brand activations.
- Align with Creative, CDP and Data teams to drive relevance and performance.
3. Community & Organized Play
- Structure and scale the global player community ecosystem.
- Turn engagement into long-term retention and competitive advantage.
- Integrate data-driven lifecycle and seasonality approaches.
4. Experiential & Events (Physical & Digital)
- Design and lead immersive brand experiences.
- Elevate IPs into cultural touchpoints.
- Drive emotional connection and brand prestige.
5. PR & Cultural Influence
- Contribute to a global Publishing PR strategy.
- Position asmodee as a leader in gaming culture.
- Bridge Studios, Distribution and external audiences.

What are we looking for
- 12+ years in global brand strategy, entertainment, experiential or cultural marketing.
- Proven experience building brand ecosystems and cross-functional alignment.
- Strong storytelling and campaign leadership (physical & digital).
- Deep understanding of player communities and Organized Play.
- Data-driven mindset with strong influencing skills.
- Fluent English required.
