Job Summary

You must submit a cover letter along with your CV to be considered for this opportunity. This role is on a hybrid basis, so please ensure you are able to travel to our offices in Bordon, Hampshire, when required. 

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and dissemination of our B2C brand marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency, awareness and quality standards across all external channels. You will conceptualise and execute visuals and creatives dedicated to B2C campaigns, across all touchpoints (digital, print, stores, events...).

 

The Global Marketing team has several missions: 
•    To ensure the consistency and application of our global Asmodee brand and global marketing campaigns in cooperation with our distribution subsidiaries.
•    To increase the sales and marketing culture to ensure further success in mass market and specialist markets.
•    To provide expertise and resources to subsidiaries with strong distribution constraints.

What does this role Involve

Reporting to the RTM Brand Project Director, you will hold a key position working with the global marketing team in support of our distribution subsidiaries. You will help the team to develop and improve the visibility of our brand both within physical touch points: points of sale, events and on digital touch points: websites and social media feeds.

You will be responsible for the following missions:


Global Asmodee Brand – B2B & B2C audiences
•    Ensure the consistency of the branding elements on the various communication tools designed for and by the distribution units.
•    Ensure that the branding guidelines are well integrated and respected by our distribution units.
•    Update & maintain on a regular basis the graphic assets on our Asmodee Asset Library.


Design: create and adapt marketing & communication materials
•    Media
o            Design communication materials for our distribution units in accordance with the brief from the Brand Project Manager: creating templates and adapting them to different media (newsletter, social media, website, etc.).
o            Adapt creative concepts for a variety of media (digital, print, motion animation...) based on a key visual to ensure the deployment of global marketing campaigns.
o            Demonstrate your creativity by exploring certain ideas and presenting a few concepts in the form of a mood board, for multiple touch points.


•   Retail
o            Production of printed communication for physical points of sale: following the brief from the Brand Project Manager, design POS material such as display units, shelf dressing and other point-of-sale communication tools.  


•    Event 
o           Design branded materiel to fuel the events of our Global & Local Event team (distribution units).
o           Design any communication tools to support the events like display in events.


•    Promotion
o           Graphic design of promotional items to promote our brands in both B2B and B2C markets.

What are we looking for

•    5+ years’ experience in Graphic design.
•    A perfect knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
•    A solid knowledge of the Graphic chain process for both Print and Digital assets.
•    Solid skills in 3D.
•    Proficiency in communication technologies and software, including the use of AI services.
•    Skills in video editing and photography: skills in motion design and content capture are particularly appreciated.
•    Strong project management skills, with a collaborative spirit and attention to deadlines.
•    Strong commitment to delivery.

 

Recognised for your creativity, meticulousness and attention to detail, you are also able to demonstrate rigor and the ability to plan your work and meet your deadlines. You have a real aptitude for teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills.
