Job Summary
As our go-to design expert, your creativity, judgement and eye for detail will shape how our brands show up across print, digital, retail and events. We’re looking for a creatively curious designer who brings ideas as well as lead the day-to-day creative output across the business, turning briefs into high-quality, on-brand work that cuts through and delivers commercial impact. From campaign assets and catalogues to digital content and event graphics, you’ll set the standard for how our creative looks, feels and performs.
This role owns the creative workflow, design standards and delivery across a broad range of channels, while also guiding freelance design support during busy periods throughout the year. You’ll combine hands-on design with creative direction, ensuring every asset is delivered to a high standard, on time, and with brand consistency at its core.
What does this role Involve
Creative direction & brand standards
• Own the visual execution of our brands across print, digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring every asset is high quality, effective and unmistakably on brand.
• Maintain and evolve creative standards, templates and design systems so our output feels consistent, polished and fit for purpose across all channels.
• Act as a key guardian of brand identity, making sure creative decisions balance brand consistency with the needs of each platform, audience and campaign.
Design delivery
• Create and deliver a wide range of assets across print and digital, including leaflets, flyers, ads, catalogues, PDFs, PowerPoints, web banners, social content and e-commerce assets.
• Lead the design and production of key business materials, including large-format event graphics, product catalogues and other high-visibility creative.
• Support campaign delivery with strong conceptual thinking and excellent execution, translating briefs into work that is both visually compelling and commercially effective.
Stakeholder & supplier management
• Partner with teams across marketing and the wider business to understand priorities, shape briefs and ensure creative is integrated from the outset.
• Work with external print and production suppliers where required, ensuring files are prepared accurately and final outputs meet the required specifications.
• Collaborate confidently with internal stakeholders, balancing creative ambition with commercial needs, deadlines and practical delivery requirements.
Freelance leadership
• Brief, direct and guide freelance designers during peak periods, ensuring they have the context, assets and feedback needed to deliver strong work quickly.
• Review freelance output and provide clear, constructive feedback so all externally produced work meets our creative standards and brand expectations.
What are we looking for
Essential
• Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality graphic design across both print and digital channels.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Excellent understanding of print production, artwork setup and design for different formats and environments.
• Strong creative judgement, with the ability to turn a brief into effective, brand-aligned design.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take feedback, challenge constructively and keep projects moving.
• Ability to brief, guide and review freelance or external creative support effectively.
Desirable
• Experience with motion, video or animation tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience designing for events, large-format graphics or physical brand environments.
• Experience creating digital assets for web, e-commerce, email or social platforms.
• Experience developing templates, asset libraries or systems that improve team efficiency and consistency.
• Experience in entertainment, gaming, lifestyle, or other passion-led categories.
