Job Summary
The IT Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications for the backend processing systems used in Asmodee UK, mainly associated with the core business systems including ERP (SAP Business One) and e-commerce (Shopify).
What does this role Involve
• Develop code to improve to the core operating systems used in the company including ERP and e-commerce systems
• Ensuring that full documentation exists for new and updated code and that adequate testing and the ability to debug issues has been built into the code
• Assist in developing and implementing new technologies to support the business
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to employees
• Undertake requirements analysis, working with Key Business representatives
• Collaborate within the IT team to design and architect software solutions
• Perform testing and quality checks to ensure developed code meets the business requirements
• Maintain, revise and improve existing code
What are we looking for
• IT degree or completion of an IT College course
• Demonstrable knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS
• Experience with DI API and UI API
• Ability to build .NET Core applications with C#
• Able to use .NET framework
• Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail and communication skills
• Solid organisational skills / timekeeping / working to deadlines / self-motivated
