Job Summary

This year, Asmodee UK is delivering significant process and systems transformation. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to bring structure, pace and governance to cross-functional change initiatives within our Business Change & Project Management (C&PM) function.


This role will provide immediate oversight of active projects, ensuring delivery is controlled, transparent and aligned to business priorities, while supporting successful adoption and transition into business-as-usual.

What does this role Involve

Key Accountabilities:
•    Delivery - Accountable for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope and aligned to business priorities. 
•    Cost & Budget - Manage and track project budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and early identification of financial risks or variances. 
•    Governance & Quality - Ensure adherence to C&PM governance standards incl. structured reporting, risk management and quality of deliverables. 
•    Stakeholders & Customers - Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment and successful adoption of change. 
•    People & Collaboration - Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and clarity of roles and responsibilities. 
•    Business Outcomes & Growth - Support delivery of measurable business benefits, ensuring initiatives contribute to strategic objectives and improved performance. 
•    Risk & Issue Management - Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies to minimise disruption to delivery. 
•    Change & Adoption - Support effective change implementation, ensuring smooth transition into business-as-usual and maximising return on investment.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead end-to-end delivery of business and transformation projects.
•    Manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets and risk across multiple stakeholders.
•    Embed structured governance, reporting and lifecycle management.
•    Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
•    Integrate change management principles with the support of other team members, to support stakeholder adoption.
•    Deliver measurable business outcomes through disciplined project execution.

What are we looking for

Essential Skills & Experience:
•    Proven experience managing cross-functional business or transformation projects.
•    Strong understanding of project governance, lifecycle management and resource coordination.
•    Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
•    Experience integrating change management into project delivery.
•    Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Clickup, MS Project or similar).
•    Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
•    Always exhibits the correct behaviours as well as delivering the required results.

 

Desirable:
•    Formal PM qualification (Prince2, PMP, Agile).
•    Experience within logistics, distribution or operational change environments.
