Job Summary

Please note, this is a Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract for one year, to start latest, July. 

 

Your role is to provide administrative support to the sales teams, including processing orders, maintaining accurate and up to date customer data, adding purchasing orders on SAP, and handling customer enquires via call and email. 

What does this role Involve

•    Support the sales teams to achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service to customers
•    Accurately process orders on the sales system
•    Ensure customer data is up to date and accurate
•    Provide Copy text and images to customer for New Releases
•    Manipulate data on Excel for retailers and for internal reporting
•    Order and ship samples
•    Create new line forms

•    Confident communicator both verbal and written 
•    Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities

•    Positive and enthusiastic with a passion to learn and deliver fantastic customer service 
•    Resilient and determined 
•    Excellent IT skills including good working knowledge of Excel to manipulate and analyse data (including functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)

 

Desirable
•    Previous experience in an admin role
