Job Summary
The role
At asmodee, we bring board and card games to players and retailers across the UK and beyond. Digital plays a vital role in how our products are discovered, understood and chosen - and we’re continuing to invest in improving that journey.
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital optimisation and motivated by turning insight into meaningful, measurable improvements. This role is ideal for someone 3+ years into their marketing career who enjoys taking ownership, working cross-functionally, and shaping digital experiences that balance customer needs with commercial objectives.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Sales Operations and IT to evolve digital journeys across websites and marketplaces, with a particular focus on performance, usability and conversion.
What does this role Involve
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and continuously improving digital customer journeys across company websites and marketplaces
- Managing and optimising websites through a CMS (e.g. Shopify or equivalent), ensuring content, UX and functionality support performance
- Using analytics and performance data to identify, prioritise and implement improvement opportunities
- Translating insight into clear recommendations and measurable actions
- Planning, implementing and evaluating A/B tests across websites and Amazon listings
- Owning Amazon execution, including product listings, optimisation, and the brand store, balancing creative quality with conversion performance
- Supporting digital campaigns through landing page creation and journey optimisation
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales and Purchasing teams to understand commercial priorities and proactively shape digital activity that supports business objectives
- Partnering with Sales Operations, IT and external agencies to deliver enhancements and new functionality
- Communicating progress, outcomes and learnings clearly, operating confidently within a RACI framework

About you
You’ll likely have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or digital role
- Hands-on experience managing websites through a CMS
- A strong analytical mindset and confidence using data to inform decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Clear, confident communication skills and a proactive approach to ownership
Experience with ecommerce, Amazon, A/B testing, Google Analytics or B2B/B2C environments is a plus, but we’re most interested in how you think, how you work, and how you drive improvement.
