Job Summary
As the engine behind our day-to-day social presence, you’ll bring our brands to life through scroll-stopping content and community-first engagement. Working closely with our Senior Social Strategist, you’ll help turn consumer insight and strategy into high-quality, platform-native content, delivered at pace.
You’ll be closest to the action, publishing consistently, responding with personality, and keeping your finger on the pulse of what our community cares about. From creating short-form videos to jumping on timely moments, you’ll help us stay culturally relevant, socially reactive, and genuinely connected to our audience.
What does this role Involve
Content creation
• Create, edit and publish platform-native content across our priority channels (short-form video, reels/stories, static, carousels, cutdowns and variants).
• Bring briefs to life with strong hooks, captions and storytelling that feels made for the platform, not adapted to it.
• Maintain a consistent publishing cadence, making sure content is scheduled, posted and optimised accurately and on time.
Community management
• Manage day-to-day community engagement: replying to comments and DMs, encouraging conversation, and strengthening relationships with our audience.
• Spot opportunities to delight and surprise the community with smart, on-brand responses and proactive engagement.
• Support moderation and escalation using agreed playbooks, flagging risks or sensitive issues quickly.
Reactive and socially relevant
• Monitor trends, cultural moments and what our community is talking about and surface opportunities fast.
• Support reactive content turnaround by creating quick edits, assets and variations, and coordinating approvals where needed.
Influencer outreach & partnerships
• Identify the right influencers/ partnerships for the brand and handling the outreach, briefing & product samples.
Organisation and reporting
• Own the social calendar hygiene: keeping schedules, asset lists, files and content libraries organised and easy to use.
• Pull weekly/monthly reporting inputs (reach, engagement, top posts, learnings) and share what’s working so we can do more of it.
Support content capture where needed (filming, photography, basic editing, sourcing UGC with permissions).
What are we looking for
Essential
• Hands-on experience creating social content and managing social channels (either in-house or agency).
• Comfortable creating and editing short-form video quickly (phone-first, creator-style content).
• Strong writing skills: captions, hooks, comments and responses that feel natural and on-brand.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• A genuine interest in community building and engaging directly with audiences.
• Always exhibits the correct behaviours as well as delivering the required results.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools and social analytics (native insights, Sprout/Hootsuite etc.).
• Basic design/motion skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar) and confidence working from templates.
• Experience supporting influencer/creator activity (admin, coordination, content tracking).
