Asmodee is seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager to design, implement, and manage a competitive, compliant, and scalable total rewards strategy. This role will start by supporting the headquarters in France and gradually expand to cover regional and global compensation structures as the company continues to grow. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), this position will play a key role in ensuring pay equity, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness while driving best-in-class reward strategies.

Missions

1. Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking
•    Develop and implement a global compensation structure, ensuring alignment with Asmodee’s business strategy and market competitiveness.
•    Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and pay equity reviews, starting with headquarters and expanding to regional and global levels.
•    Establish salary bands, bonus structures, and incentive plans in alignment with global business expectations.
•    Partner with HRBPs to create consistent, scalable compensation models across multiple countries and business units.


2. Benefits & Total Rewards Management
•    Design and manage a comprehensive benefits strategy, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across France and key global markets.
•    Optimize Asmodee’s health, wellness, retirement, and equity-based incentive programs, tailoring offerings to regional needs.
•    Implement flexible benefits and well-being initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and employee engagement.
•    Review and analyze global payroll systems, identifying areas of potential cost efficiency and consolidated management opportunities.


3. Pay Transparency & Compliance
•    Ensure full compliance with European pay transparency laws and Swedish Nasdaq disclosure requirements.
•    Develop internal compensation reporting tools to enhance transparency and facilitate pay equity audits.
•    Establish guidelines for merit-based salary adjustments, gender pay gap reporting, and compensation governance.


4. Executive & Long-Term Incentive Programs
•    Support the CPO in managing executive compensation and Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs).
•    Collaborate with finance and legal teams on equity-based incentives and performance-driven reward structures.
•    Lead communication efforts to educate leaders and employees on compensation frameworks.


5. M&A Integration & Global Expansion
•    Support M&A due diligence by assessing compensation harmonization needs across acquired entities.
•    Develop integration plans for newly acquired businesses, ensuring seamless transition into Asmodee’s global compensation framework.
•    Establish best practices for international mobility, expatriate pay structures, and cross-border tax considerations.

Profil

  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Expertise in European and international compensation structures, including France.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation, incentive plans, and global mobility.
  • Experience managing global compensation frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data modeling and benchmarking expertise.
  • Fluent in French & English; additional European languages are a plus.
