Asmodee is seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Senior Content Manager to join its Central Communications team. In this key role, you will lead the creation and deployment of impactful content that brings the Asmodee brand to life across internal and external channels. From storytelling to strategic positioning, you will help define how Asmodee expresses its values, expertise, and vision worldwide.

 


Key Responsibilities
1.Content Strategy & Ecosystem

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global content strategy aligned with Asmodee’s brand values, positioning and in line with the overarching communication strategy.
    Build a high-performing content ecosystem across departments, studios and countries by establishing clear processes for content creation and dissemination, using existing tools and seeking new ones when necessary.
  • Define and continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate impact and optimize the content creation as well as make suggestions for platforms to use.
    Animate a community of content users across all our entity to share the vision and manage to get content from local teams.

2.Content Creation & Management

 

  • Create innovative, high-impact content (editorial, video, visual, audio, etc.) that showcases Asmodee’s vision, messaging, and expertise in line with the company’s needs at every level.
  • Enrich and manage the brand content and asset portfolio, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, global strategy and current topic.
  • Oversee the production of structured, engaging content for both internal and external audiences: employees, investors, talents, fans, and partners.
  • Ensure qualitative execution of all company events or communications towards financial ecosystem through video, ppt or other formats.
  • Attend global industry events (4 to 5 a year) to capture impactful content to be used throughout the year in line with the strategy.


3.Editorial Projects & Campaign Support

 

  • Lead strategic content development for key corporate milestones:
  • Annual Report: Source and structure content, craft high-impact messaging, and produce supporting visual assets (PPT, video, etc.).
  • Quarterly Reports: Provide consistent support and execution.
  • Global Events: Define content needs, capture on-site assets, and produce content for post-event sharing.

 

PR & Campaigns

  • Liaise with Global Comms Senior Manager on content needs to support with PR activations
  • Liaise with Comms Director & HR comms team to define, produce and disseminate internal relevant content and toolkits.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to identify trends, formats, and technologies that enhance storytelling.
  • Manage content-driven campaigns that engage a variety of audiences, from investors to employees.

 

Design and manage a yearly collection of branded merchandise and goodies.

  • Ensure centralized storage and organization of all content produced by the Brand & Comms team.
  • Ensure proper execution of EMT (Executive Management Team) regular headshot capture and related visual materials

 

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments, central teams, and the events team to ensure consistency, relevance, and visibility of content.
  • Coordinate closely with the Brand and Design teams to define a unified editorial and visual framework.
  • Co-manage a graphic designer and a network of external agencies and content partners.
  • Support the intranet project manager in maintaining and updating intranet content to ensure internal visibility.

 

 

Profile

  • Proven experience in content strategy, storytelling, and multi-format production.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and content as a strategic engagement driver.
  • Performance and project management driven
  • Strong ability to collaborate and work in a high pace environment
  • Expertise in video production, graphic design, and editorial content.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills; experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Curious, forward-thinking, and up to date on content and digital trends.
  • Fully bilingual in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for event coverage (Sweden, US, UK, France).
