Job Summary

 

Bezzerwizzer Studio is looking for a creative and highly structured Brand Manager to take a key role in the part of the worldwide marketing of our iconic brands BEZZERWIZZER and HINT. The Brand Manager will also frequently touch base with our other brands SETUP and BrainBox as well as our board games made in collaboration with LEGO®. New brands are also in the pipeline. 

Bezzerwizzer Studio is a Danish board game publisher. Our game portfolio consists of family, trivia and party games which, to date, have sold more than 11 million copies in over 40 countries.

Position Summary 
As a Brand Manager you are responsible for developing brand strategies and maintaining effective communication between the Asmodee Distribution Units (DUs) around the world, internal stakeholders, external partners and Bezzerwizzer Studio. This role will drive the implementation of brand initiatives for new and existing brands, ensuring alignment with the Bezzerwizzer Studio strategy goals and go-to-market plans for markets around the world. With a focus on operational excellence, the Brand Manager will oversee daily activities, track project progress, and coordinate with both internal and external partners to support the brand’s growth and positioning in the marketplace. This position requires great collaboration skills, a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. 

What will your role involve

  • Day-to-Day Brand Management: Serve as the primary liaison for daily interactions between the DUs, internal stakeholders, external partners and Bezzerwizzer Studio to facilitate seamless communication and operational alignment across projects. 
  • Brand Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the marketing team to implement brand strategies and go-to-market plans for both new and established products. 
  • Event participation: Participate in B2B and B2C events worldwide to promote visibility and gather important knowledge about markets and sales. 
  • Content development: Idea development, execution and implementation of B2B and B2C brand content to be used across markets. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, DUs, and external partners to maintain cohesive messaging and brand positioning, providing consistent updates on key initiatives to the Head of Marketing.
  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the progress of brand projects, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and budget considerations while reporting regularly on status and potential issues.
  • Market Insights & Reporting: Conduct research and gather insights on sales and trends to support data-driven adjustments to brand strategies, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to the Head of Marketing. 

What do you bring

We expect you to be thrilled with working with the marketing of board games as well as being highly structured and a strong communicator. It is essential that you possess empathetic collaboration skills and have an innovative mindset and have a profile to match the following:  

 

  • 2-4+ years in brand management, marketing, or product management. A relevant academic degree (minimum 2 years of studies). 
  • Ability to interpret and execute brand strategies while understanding the broader goals of brand expansion and market adaptation. Experience with using AI to enhance productivity and creativity will be an advantage.
  • Highly structured with strong abilities of planning, prioritizing and ensuring progress and meeting deadlines. 
  • Strong communication skills both oral and in writing to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and external partners. Experience in collaborative environments is essential.
  • Self-reliant and proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities efficiently, with attention to detail and follow-through on key objectives. 
  • An innovative approach with the urge to share new ideas.  
  • Fluent in English. Danish is an advantage.
