Job Summary
VR Distribution is Australia’s leading distributor of board games, accessories, toys, collectibles and licensed products. We offer thousands of unique products for the toy and hobby gaming industry.
Are you passionate about sales, board games, trading card games, and all things hobby-related? Do you have a knack for building relationships and helping businesses grow? We’re looking for Key Account Manager to join our team and support our expanding network of hobby retailers.
Reporting to Hobby Channel Sales Manager we are seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our team.

What will your role involve
- Manage an assigned customer base - Hobby specialists.
- Meet individual sales targets
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Stay updated with product launches
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Promote new products to existing customers.
- Assist with identifying new leads.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve any issues.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager's on promotional opportunities
- Attend key Industry Trade Shows.
- Support "Game Play" events as required
- Along with the Sales Manager, work on sales plans for your customer base.
- Attend and contribute to regular sales meetings
What do you bring
- 5 years + experience working in a sales role
- General Data entry experience with high attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Outlook/excel.
- Ability to multitask and build strong working relations
- Customer service experience
- An understanding of table top games, trading card games & hobby products would be beneficial to the role
