Job Summary
The Content Marketing Specialist is a highly creative and trend-chasing individual who is enthusiastic about finding fun and engaging ways to reach their target audience through multiple channels. This role serves three imprints of Asmodee North America’s Studio Big – Office Dog Games, Z-Man Games, and Unexpected Games. The Content Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with other members of the marketing and creative teams to create quality content for both internal and external audiences.
What will your role involve
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business goals across the three individual studio imprints, including paid, earned, and organic media.
- Create or direct high-quality, engaging content across various formats including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, artists, and subject matter experts, to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and meets project deadlines.
- Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms, and track and report on key performance metrics to measure success.
- Build and maintain influencer partnerships that effectively reach new customers in addition to our core gaming audience.
- Manage content distribution channels including email newsletters and social media accounts to increase reach and engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and refine content marketing strategies and tactics to improve results and drive business growth.
What do you bring
Skills & Qualifications
- Enthusiasm about tabletop gaming and the community around them is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with an emphasis in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and AfterEffects.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps such as Outlook, Share Point, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with content management platforms such as Sprout or HootSuite.
- Platform certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with teams and individuals.
- Ability to manage multiple content calendars simultaneously and manage projects effectively and on time.
Education & Experience
- Proven content creator with at least two years of experience with cross-platform content management.
- Associates degree in graphic design, marketing, or similar required.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000.
