Please note, this role can be remote or hybrid working out of our office in Bordon, Hampshire. The initial induction (around 2 weeks) will be based in our German office.

Your Daily Business at Gamegenic

• Management and monitoring of production cycles with international manufacturing partners, primarily in Asia.
• Coordination of global transport logistics and shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery to our distribution centers.
• Maintaining and updating production tracking systems and ERP data for accurate stock planning.
• Collaborating closely with the design and product development teams to ensure production readiness and quality standards.
• Managing inventory levels and performing demand forecasting to ensure optimal product availability.
• Coordinating quality assurance processes and handling any production or shipping discrepancies.
• Acting as a central point of contact for internal departments including Sales, Marketing, and Warehousing.

Your Skill Set

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in production coordination, logistics, or international purchasing.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience working with ERP software.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a significant advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for tabletop games, TCGs, or the gaming industry is highly desirable.
