What does this role Involve

• Development, implementation and management of marketing campaigns and editorial content on our Gamegenic social media channels for the B2C and B2B target groups
• Support and ongoing optimization of owned media channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok ...)
• Content creation in collaboration with our graphics department
• Identification of new growth opportunities and current trends
• Research and collaboration with relevant influencers
• Management of external service providers and agencies
• Active community management within social media channels
• Monitoring of community and social media trends
• Regular writing of meaningful reports with well-founded recommendations for action

What are we looking for

• Completed studies with a focus on marketing or media or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience as a social media manager and proven, reliable track record of success
• Very good and well-founded knowledge in the field of social media and expertise in the use of common platforms
• High degree of creativity, adaptability and solution orientation
• Enthusiasm for working with customer segments and contact strategies coupled with the confident way of expressing yourself in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Curiosity, openness and quick comprehension as well as willingness to learn from new trends and tools
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Confident use of popular Office programs and Adobe Creative Cloud programs and other relevant design software tools
