Job Summary

What does this role Involve
As our new Social Media Manager, you will:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns and editorial content for Gamegenic's social media channels, tailored to both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Support and continuously optimize owned media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, BlueSky, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Collaborate with our graphics team to create engaging content.
- Identify new growth opportunities and stay on top of current trends.
- Research and build partnerships with relevant influencers.
- Manage external service providers and agencies effectively.
- Actively engage in community management across social media channels.
- Monitor social media and community trends to drive strategy.
- Prepare regular, insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
What are we looking for
We’re looking for someone with:

- A completed degree in marketing, media, or equivalent training.
- Several years of proven experience as a social media manager with a track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and the skills to use them strategically.
- A high level of creativity, adaptability, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Enthusiasm for audience segmentation, contact strategies, and a talent for creating compelling, audience-appropriate messages.
- Curiosity, openness, and a quick grasp of new tools or trends, paired with a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in both German and English (minimum level C1).
- Proficiency in Office programs, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant design software.
