Bezzerwizzer Studio is seeking a structured Junior Graphic Designer with a strong technical foundation. Bezzerwizzer Studio is a Danish board game publisher. Our game portfolio consists of family, trivia and party games, which have sold more than 14 million copies across 40 countries to date. What does this role Involve

Position Summary 
As a Junior Graphic Designer at Bezzerwizzer Studio, you will be responsible for rolling out and localizing our board game brands across both digital and print platforms. This includes formatting translated versions of new and existing board games, POS material, and event graphics as well as web ads. You master the technical craft in the Adobe suite; you are a structured team player who ensures flawless final artwork and brand compliance. and you’re passionate about board games. With your strong finish and focus on detail, you maintain a clear visual identity in everything from game translations to major campaigns. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Graphics team as well as across the studio.

 

Your areas of responsibility will include:
•    Localization: Formatting translated versions of existing board games in different languages.
•    Digital graphics: Development of graphics for web ads, newsletters and social media.
•    Event and exhibition material: Design and setup of graphics for fairs (roll-ups, walls, signs).
•    POS: Development of promotional material for stores (displays, light walls, posters).
•    Format adaptation: Versioning of existing designs for new formats and platforms.
•    Design assurance: Ensuring that all versions follow brand guidelines.
•    Quality assurance: Thorough review and error finding in files before submission.
•    Pre-press: Responsible for finalizing files for print (color profiles, overprint, bleed etc.).

What are we looking for

Position Skills & Qualifications
Core Qualifications:
•    Experience: 2-3 years of relevant professional experience with graphic design.
•    Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or a related field.
•    Adobe Creative Cloud expert: Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Your profile and skills:
•    Pre-press & Final Artwork: Experienced in preparing production-ready files for print and managing technical handovers to printers without errors.
•    Sharp on visual identity and versioning: Skilled at analytically decoding brand guidelines and ensuring a consistent red thread through precise rollout across many formats.
•    Detail-oriented: A meticulous eye for spotting small errors in layout, typography, and technical execution before final delivery.
•    Structured: Highly organized with the ability to maintain an overview of many files and versions.
•    Work environment: This role is mainly office-based, requiring physical presence on fixed office days to ensure close collaboration.
•    Language: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken). Conversational Danish proficiency is considered an asset. 

Valuable pluses:
•    3D experience: Proficiency in Blender or other 3D rendering software for visualizations is a significant advantage.
•    Creative mindset: A conceptual thinker who can contribute to creative brainstorming and provide professional sparring on design ideas.
