Job Summary
The Product Manager is a trusted, collaborative, and results oriented business partner and change agent responsible for driving growth in their portfolio of studio partners to support overall company objectives. This role is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and defining product strategy to guiding development, marketing, and sales, ensuring the product aligns with business goals.
What will your role involve
- Lead and develop product roadmap to support the high level strategic vision of the company
- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including product data, documentation, and end of life planning
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the product lifecycle
- Build and develop relationships with our 1P and 3P publishers
- Negotiate and influence publishers to achieve results and identify assortment opportunities and gaps
- React to business trends and translate financial metrics into actionable insights and strategies
- Research and select quality products to ensure a relevant and well-balanced assortment
- Cross-functional collaboration with other teams (marketing, sales, forecasting) to ensure a cohesive product experience and drive product success
- Partner with Sales Operations to analyze financial metrics (revenue, margin, inventory value & velocity), market trends, and other data to inform insightful and strategic buying decisions
- Stay current on emerging industry trends, product innovations, and consumer behavior
- Other duties as assigned

Position Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional areas
- Proficient in open and continuous communication, adept at keeping others informed and capable of synthesizing data and presenting in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Track record of prioritizing and successfully delivering multiple initiatives on time
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently with limited supervision
- Entrepreneurial, can-do mindset and attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in retail buying, category management, or merchandise planning
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in vendor contract negotiation

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000.
