Job Summary
The New Release Coordinator supports the planning and execution of new product releases for Asmodee USA. This role ensures timely updates to release calendars, accurate documentation of product details, and smooth communication with internal stakeholders. The Coordinator maintains organization of product assets, assists in training and communication efforts, and supports the Sales and Marketing teams with clear, accurate release information.
What will your role involve
- Maintain and update the release schedule across all systems and communication channels.
- Track inbound logistics changes that impact release dates and notify all impacted teams.
- Collect and organize product information and assets, ensuring they are readily available for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain sell sheets, product images and related product documentation.
- Support play sessions for new games by coordinating logistics and compiling team feedback.
- Assist in ensuring the catalog is accurately represented in U.S. marketing activities (trade programs, shows, catalogs, merchandising initiatives).
- Provide administrative support for product lifecycle activities, including product updates, retirement dates, and release planning.
- Support the Sales team with training materials and product documentation.
- Stay informed on key competitor product launches and catalog updates.
- Contribute to effective teamwork across the U.S. Marketing team and RTM.
- Demonstrate and uphold Asmodee’s values in daily work.

Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or related role.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel) and strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with the Adobe suite of products
- Experience or strong interest in the hobby gaming market preferred.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000.
