Job Summary
The Product Coordinator works with the internal and external publishers to collect all new product information (product description, visual assets, logistics information). In partnership with the Vendor Relations and Marketing teams, this role focuses on closely working with our studios to collect all information necessary for new item set up in a timely manner, with the goal supporting successful new releases and ongoing maintenance of all titles.
What will your role involve
- Build and develop strong relationships with our 1P and 3P publishers
- Work closely with the Vendor Relations and Marketing teams to ensure the product information form (PIF) is sent out in a timely manner to all our studios
- Partner with studios to gather necessary details of all products and ensure accurate and timely completion of product information forms
- Assist the Vendor Relations team in reviewing and maintaining each product’s designated lifecycle
- Maintain accurate product profiles within the ERP system for all products
- File product information in our system. Work closely with other teams to give them access/visibility to information
- Report on completion of data collection per item
- Collate and provide sales and product re-work reports by studio
- Maintain up-to-date record of on-hand product samples
- Send & manage visual line plan (VLP) for Mass Market Sales Spring & Fall set dates, ensuring completion and sample delivery by studio
- Book vendor relations and marketing meetings, as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience
- 3-5 years of administrative experience or other relevant experience
- Excellent computer skills (Excel) and strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in vendor relations a plus.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000.
