Job Summary
The Project Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Country Manager, US, and works closely with the heads of Asmodee US’s four Centers of Excellence: Commercial (Sales & Marketing), Operations (Logistics & Controls), Product (S&OP & Product Lifecycle), and Finance.
This role ensures that Asmodee’s most important initiatives move forward with clarity, alignment, and accountability. Acting as an integrator, the Project Manager drives execution of cross-functional priorities, enables effective decision-making, and ensures that strategy translates into results. The position requires a leader with strong organizational acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
What will your role involve
Strategic Leadership Support:
- Partner with the Country Manager to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Provide executive-level project leadership for initiatives that cut across functions, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Prepare reporting, analysis, and communications that support informed, timely decision-making by leadership.
- Transform data and analysis into compelling stories that bring clarity to complex issues, tailoring messaging for executive audiences.
- Design and deliver executive-ready decks and presentations that highlight insights, progress, and recommendations in a persuasive, visually effective manner.
Cross-Functional Integration:
- Connect the work of Commercial, Operations, Product, and Finance teams by coordinating priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Facilitate executive and leadership team meetings, ensuring decisions, actions, and next steps are captured and delivered.
- Drive consistency, transparency, and follow-through on initiatives that impact multiple centers of excellence.
Project & Performance Management:
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from scoping to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within defined objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and progress against business goals; escalate risks and propose solutions to leadership.
- Develop standardized reporting and dashboards that enable leadership to track business performance at a glance.
Organizational Impact & Culture:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering insights on organizational effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
- Model integrity and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across the US business.

- Demonstrated ability to manage high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
- Proven track record working with or advising senior executives.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills; capable of driving alignment without direct authority.
- Analytical and structured thinker; highly proficient in using data to drive insights and actions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- High level of discretion, judgment, and executive presence.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and secure necessary resources through effective negotiation.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments; able to pivot quickly while keeping projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and stakeholders through organizational or process changes, ensuring adoption and long-term success.
- Proven skill in building trust and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including international and cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear narratives, telling stories that inspire action and inform strategy.
- Proficiency in creating polished, executive-level presentations and dashboards that communicate insights with impact.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, business operations, or consulting.
- Experience in consumer products, distribution, or entertainment industries strongly preferred.
- Successful track record of driving strategic projects and supporting senior leadership teams.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean project management frameworks (in addition to PMP), Monday.com and/or Asana experience is a plus.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000.
