Job Summary

The Senior Mass Market Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Mass Market Sales Accounts through third-party representatives. This position is responsible for delivering accurate product information, ensuring efficient order processing, and assisting with special projects. As a highly visible role, it provides vital support to all third-party sales representatives and current coordinators through thoughtful planning, effective data management, and a focus on continuous improvement.

 

What will your role involve

  • Collaborate with the Vendor Relations team to ensure third-party representatives receive complete and accurate product information.
  • Complete all necessary account documentation to facilitate accurate and timely product setup.
  • Support third-party representatives by managing order processing and coordinating special projects as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline workflows, maintain data accuracy, and support ongoing process improvements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for third-party sales representatives, providing guidance and timely communication.
  • Communicate details about upcoming products and promotions to third-party representatives in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for order processing, identifying sales opportunities, and coordinating scheduling needs.
  • Invoice customers, resolve invoice holds, and manage payment processes for customer orders.
  • Collaborate with current administrators and third-party representatives to address account needs and support new business initiatives.

  • Strong ability to create accountability, empowering teams to meet and exceed performance expectations while driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain positive, composed, and effective in high-pressure situations, adapting quickly to challenges while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline operations, present compelling reports, and analyze sales data.

 

Experience/Education 

  • Associate’s degree / bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Full working knowledge of Target Partners Online (POL) and/or Walmart Scintilla.
  • 3-5 years of relevant customers support or CPG experience Preferred experience working with Retailers

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000.
