Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting activities, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily accounting operations, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Control and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Partner cross-functionally with other departments to align financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with HFM and Kyriba.
- Fluent English.
Prefered Qualifications:
- Demostrated ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in business groups with international presence and parent/subsidiary structures.
