Job Summary
The Associate Game Producer, TCGs assists with the coordination of projects for FFG’s TCG development teams, with a strong emphasis on project scheduling and schedule maintenance. They support the Senior Game Producer in managing multiple projects and collaborate daily with a variety of teams. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in managing project schedules throughout development, helping oversee them from concept to completion. Associate Game Producers typically work on multiple projects simultaneously as part of a team that includes Game Designers, Game Developers, Graphic Designers, and Art Directors.
What will your role involve
- Support the Senior Producer in managing multiple projects simultaneously, and assist in communicating their status to management.
- Help coordinate and manage timelines and milestones with various teams.
- Assist in ensuring sufficient project milestones are in place to meet planned deadlines.
- Work closely with game designers, graphic designers, art directors, and others to help projects meet deadlines and reach their full potential.
- Assist in developing, enhancing, and increasing efficiency within development processes.
- Maintain and enhance strong communication with the Asmodee Production team; assist in communicating problems, processes, questions, and answers between teams.
- Help prepare and communicate product awareness information to internal and external teams, including: new product information, process scheduling, collaboration coordination, troubleshooting, feasibility assessments, product sampling, and quoting.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets to ensure they stay within defined specifications.
- Help investigate the feasibility of game design ideas and how they might impact production and/or manufacturing timelines.
- Help prepare layout files of all game components for production.
- Assist in preparing and submitting files for final approval, and relay approval feedback to the team.
- Organize and manage project files on a shared server so that others can easily find all files associated with a given project.
- Other tasks and assignments as directed by the Senior Producer or management.

Position Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience creating and maintaining project schedules via Project Management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) required.
- Solid project coordination skills.
- Proficient in word processing applications (e.g., MS Word), spreadsheet applications (e.g., MS Excel).
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with hobby games and TCGs a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to a changing environment.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of scheduling experience in project coordination, production support, publishing, or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with the tabletop, board game, or video game industries is a strong plus.
- Experience assisting with file preparation, layout, or production processes is helpful but not required.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000
