Creative Production Intern

Job Summary

At Asmodee, a global leader in the gaming and entertainment industry, we specialize in delivering unique experiences through tabletop games, digital content, and live-streaming. With a focus on creativity, quality, and innovation, we are expanding our digital content and livestreaming offerings and seeking a passionate Creative Production Intern to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Producer to support livestreaming, studio setup, game trailer production, and various creative tasks across multiple platforms. From brainstorming sessions to final product delivery, you’ll gain hands-on experience in media production, digital content creation, and real-world production settings.

This internship offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment, developing valuable skills in both tabletop gaming and media production. Whether you're passionate about film, video, photography, digital content, or design, you'll be exposed to a wide array of creative projects that bring concepts to life.

What will your role involve

Livestream Production Assistance:

• Assist with resetting and adjusting the studio set-up depending on livestreaming needs for that week.
• Help manage a wide variety of livestreams, including running streams independently when needed due to the Creative Producer’s schedule.
• Collaborate on studio upgrades or alterations as needed to improve the livestreaming experience.
• Work alongside the team to streamline livestream production processes and ensure smooth execution of weekly streams.

Game Trailer Production:

• Attend project kickoff calls with vendors, creative agencies, and clients across the world to gather key information about the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create project briefs after meetings to outline the main points and deliverables, ensuring key dates and requirements are clear.
• Assist with pulling and organizing assets for projects, sharing them with agencies or freelancers as needed.
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer, including brainstorming and reviewing scripts, storyboards, and work-in-progress materials for game trailers.
• Review localized videos across multiple formats and languages for consistency.  Validate and crosscheck the accuracy of translations and localized assets to the Master versions.

Miscellaneous Production Support:

• Possible opportunities to attend site visits or local events with the Creative Producer to capture photo or video content as needed.
• Assist or manage pre-recording sessions or small production shoots based on project requirements.
• Assist or manage video editing of pre-recorded material, depending on priority and game release schedule.
• Help with equipment inventory, maintenance, and ensuring everything is in working order for livestreams and studio use.

Experience/Education 

• Current student or recent graduate seeking a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in livestreaming production, video production, photography, or content creation.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and livestreaming software, like OBS.
• Strong interest in the tabletop gaming industry and content creation, with an understanding of tabletop gaming culture and trends.
• A portfolio or samples of creative work, including video production, livestreams, or creative media, is a plus.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Hourly Rate: $16-$20.
