Job Summary
The Digital Manager will oversee and optimize the digital strategy and online presence of Fantasy Flight Games. This role involves managing web platforms and paid digital campaigns, with a data-driven approach, to ensure cohesive branding and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical expertise to drive measurable growth in Fantasy Flight Games’ digital footprint, foster community engagement, and support marketing initiatives. This role will manage the digital team that focuses on web content and data, as well as external digital and web agencies.
What will your role involve
- Develop and implement the Fantasy Flight Games’ digital strategy across web, paid social, and other online platforms to align with brand objectives.
- Oversee and optimize Fantasy Flight Games’ official websites, ensuring up-to-date content, functionality, and user experience.
- Manage the digital team including web content and data roles to maintain an exceptional digital presence.
- Act as the primary liaison between Fantasy Flight Games and external agencies such as website agencies, web developers, and digital advertising agencies, including relationship management, project management, and budgets.
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including CRM and paid advertising efforts.
- Analyze digital performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion) and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Oversee website CMS activities including page creation and layout, website maintenance, on-page SEO, and recommending user experience updates.
- Oversee management of Google Analytics and other digital data tools, both tactically and strategically, to understand our digital experience across website and digital advertising channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep Fantasy Flight Games’ digital presence cutting-edge.
- Maintain consistent branding and voice across all digital channels.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

Position Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Business Suite (Meta Ads Manager), or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Django or Strapi.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging digital content strategies.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or website management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns and growing brand presence online.
- Familiarity with the gaming audience and industry trends is a significant plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and marketing departments.
- Understanding of community management practices and audience engagement strategies.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of digital platforms used by gamers.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
