Job Summary
The Print Project Support Specialist will be responsible for providing project management support to the coordination team and the Print Production Manager, including documentation management and general administrative functions.
What will your role involve
- Provide clerical support to the Print Production team.
- Assist the Print Production team in the maintenance of record-keeping within project management platforms to keep Print data clean and functional for all stakeholders.
- Assist in the organization of project meetings, including agenda and minute preparation.
- Work with Project Coordinators in ongoing process documentation to support continuous improvement initiatives, updating process documents and SOPs as needed or directed.
- Communicate process updates to relevant external stakeholders: factories & vendors, localization teams, studios, and other Asmodee teams.
- Organize incoming requests from external stakeholders to relay information to Project Coordinators or Print Production Manager as necessary, including development of administrative processes to streamline recurring needs from the Print team.
- Manage and update quality control documentation, including maintenance of gold samples, deployment of new color-matching standards to factories, and organization of the Production Vault.
- Assist Project Coordinators with file maintenance and version control across all platforms.
- Liaise with NPD Project Support Specialist as needed or directed to create cohesive strategies and communications between Production teams.
- Additional duties as required.

Position Skills & Qualifications
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
- Experience using Monday.com
- Able to create accurate and precise visual imagery/diagrams to communicate feedback and intent, especially to non-native English-speaking stakeholders.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple high priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time, sometimes with very little notice.
- Must be trustworthy with highly confidential information and materials.
Education/Experience
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field of study (i.e. Business, Project Management, Office Management) or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in game industry operations or a manufacturing administrative setting preferred.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $53,000-$58,000.
