Job Summary
The Events Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and ensuring the successful execution of events, from concept to completion. This position will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, requiring exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering high-quality event experiences.
What will your role involve
- Develop and maintain project plans for multiple events, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with event leaders to outline tasks and tactics needed to implement event strategies.
- Utilize project management systems like Monday.com to create and manage event schedules and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination and timely deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams as the key contact between FFG and Central Events to ensure clear, timely communication and collaboration
- Proactively monitor event progress, track tasks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee licensing and approval processes for event-related materials and initiatives to ensure assets meet event timelines.
- Continuously improve event planning processes, leveraging lessons learned to enhance future efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and organize the logistics for all events, including tracking event assets, shipments, and on-site materials.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a system for tracking event-related marketing items within the event library.
- Support event recaps by gathering data, tracking documentation, and reporting on event outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of event budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative event experiences and content.
- Assist in developing creative solutions for unique event challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Central Events and Asmodee USA on shipping deadlines to ensure event materials arrive on time
- Work closely with international partners to ensure seamless coordination of global events.
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for giveaway items
- Gather and update localized materials as needed for global consistency.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project or event management.
- CAMP or PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000.
