Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiting Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting while also contributing to key recruiting projects aimed at improving hiring processes, standardization, and candidate experience. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while also developing structured interview guides, assessment templates, and diversity-focused recruitment initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insights into talent acquisition strategy and employer branding.

 

What will your role involve

  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Support the development of standardized interview guides and assessment templates to improve hiring consistency.
  • Work on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Help create employer branding content to attract top talent through social media and career platforms.
  • Assist with onboarding process improvements to enhance new hire experience.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote company opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support for recruiting activities, such as organizing job descriptions and posting job openings.
  • Help analyze our applicant pool and recruiting metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or related internships is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of DEI principles and inclusive hiring practices is a strong advantage.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Hourly Rate: $16-$20.
