Job Summary
The Studio Coordinator role is a crucial entry-level position that provides administrative and project support to the Studio team. The Studio Coordinator assists with small tasks, coordination, data entry, and general administrative needs, contributing to the successful management and execution of projects across the studio’s product lines.
This role also supports the team by managing the shipping and receiving of samples, including coordination with the Retail Support Specialist to ensure timely and accurate handling of all shipping needs.
What will your role involve
- Administrative Support: Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting organization, and email correspondence.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate data records, input project updates, and manage project databases to ensure that all information is current.
- Project Coordination: Support the tracking of project timelines and milestones, communicating updates with the production team to keep projects on schedule.
- Licensor Feedback Support: Assist with the submission and tracking of licensor feedback; record and track changes to ensure the feedback loop is closed efficiently.
- Sample Handling and Quality Control Support: Coordinate the receipt and organization of product samples and printed materials, supporting the Producers in quality control reviews.
- Communication Flow: Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external teams, maintaining clear and timely communication of project details as directed by the Producers.
- General Coordination Tasks: Help manage minor tasks related to the quoting, printing, and scheduling of projects in partnership with ANA Production.
- Meeting Notes and Action Items: Record meeting notes, create task lists, and follow up on action items as required by the team.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
What do you bring
Position Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide clear updates and relay project information concisely.
- High attention to detail, especially in data entry and document tracking, to ensure information accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative on smaller tasks and being proactive in identifying ways to support the Producers.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the studio.
- Personable and outgoing with a strong ability to connect with others and work well in a team setting.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the hobby game industry is a plus.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary: $60,000.
