Job Summary
Sales administrator – E-commerce, Amazon and Dropship is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across Amazon Vendor Central and various e-commerce platforms. This includes maintaining accurate product listings, monitoring performance metrics, managing inventory and order fulfillment, and supporting dropship and EDI operations. The role also handles customer service inquiries, processes returns and oversees data migration and reporting to align internal systems and support sales growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the coordinator ensures efficient operations and a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all channels.

Role and responsabilities
Amazon Vendor Central Administration (50%):
- Support product listings in Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor Amazon performance metrics, including account health, order fulfillment, and vendor scorecard results, ensuring compliance with Amazon's requirements.
- Handle purchase orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with purchasing team to ensure timely product availability.
E-Commerce Platform Management (40%)
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment based on demand and sales trends across different e-commerce platforms.
- Track orders from these platforms and ensure timely fulfillment, working closely with fulfillment centers or dropshipping partners.
- Oversee and update listings on various major e-commerce platforms such as Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, and London Drugs, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels.
- Managing and optimizing Buy Box ownership, including all related operational tasks, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning to maximize visibility and sales performance on the Amazon marketplace
Dropship & EDI Operations (10%):
- Work closely with the Demand Planner to ensure adequate inventory levels for fulfilling orders.
- Facilitate order processing and coordination with the Logistics team to ensure timely shipments.
- Oversee EDI connections, ensuring steady streamlining of order receiving as well as facilitating new onboarding activations with new partners
- Monitor dropship orders and troubleshoot issues related to suppliers, inventory, or fulfillment in collaboration with purchasing & IT departments.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, both on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with our finance department handling returns, exchanges, and refund requests in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor feedback and reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues when needed.
Data Migration:
- Extract SKU database from Amazon to align with internal systems.
- Migrate brands across current Amazon portals.
- Provide regular reports on sales, inventory, customer feedback, and advertising performance.
- Participate in improving strategies for increasing sales, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What do you bring
Academic requirements and Experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience in e-commerce management, particularly with Amazon Vendor Central and dropshipping operations.
- Any experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, and London Drugs , will be considered.
- Experience with EDI setup and integration for dropshipping and order fulfillment, will be considered.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Minimum 6 months’ experience managing product listings in Amazon Vendor Central
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer service and supplier coordination
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
