Job Summary

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Website Support Clerk will be responsible for managing and updating our online product catalog. You will play a key role in adding, updating, and maintaining product information to ensure an optimal user experience.

Representing the company’s values, you will ensure the strict application of internal procedures and regulations. Additional related tasks may be assigned based on operational needs.

What will your role involve

  • Product Listing Creation - Add new products to the website, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and other relevant details.
  • Product Listing Maintenance & Updates - Regularly review and update existing product listings (images, titles, descriptions, specifications) to ensure accuracy.
  • Price Management - Modify and adjust product prices according to market conditions and internal pricing strategies.

What do you bring

  • Experience in web content management or e-commerce (an asset).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in updating information.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.
